The spacious and private Villa is made up of two floors, each of which both have a terrace fully equipped with amenities. You can also find a large solarium on the top floor where you can make use of the sun-beds and enjoy the beautiful weather, especially in the Summer months. The property is complete with:

Each bathroom is complete with shower, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. In one of the bathrooms you can also find a bathtub with hydromassage features positioned under a large window that overlooks the views of the ocean.

Open Kitchen and Living Room:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities and facilities to make a traditional Italian meal. The open plan kitchen also leads to the living room where you can find a sofa, TV and door that leads you the the first floor terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast or lunch while admiring the most amazing views. The living room also includes a comfortable Double Sofa bed where two more guests can stay.

Terrace’s and Swimming Pool:

Both terraces offer a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay, one which is complete with sun-beds and solarium area and the other which includes an outside dining area, the perfect spot to top up you Golden tan or enjoy a beautiful Italian lunch while overlooking the most spectacular views. You will have complete access to the amazing swimming pool which also has hydromassage features, allowing you to feel the ultimate level of luxury during your stay here in relaxation and you can access to a semi-private beach club/solarium.

In light of the recent events we have put into place strict and government advised social distancing measures as well as high quality professional cleaning and sanitisation services, our goal is to make you feel as safe and protected as possible during your stay with us. We have now set up a contact-less system in which you can register, make payments, check in and check out to minimise your contact with others. Should for any reason we would have to come to assist you of course we will be fully equipped in the protective face masks and gloves, as well as maintaining a safe distance.

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Please note, upon arrival a deposit will be required.
